PURCHASE:

Q: How do I use the Citizen Cafe Academy?

A: It’s easy peasy! Just go to the course page, press BUY NOW, and complete your purchase. You’ll be on your way to learning in no time!

Q: Do I need an account to buy a course?

A: You can buy a course without an account, but you do need an account to take the course. But don’t worry, we will create an account for you when you purchase and log you in automatically. The password will be auto-generated and sent to your email. Piece of cake!

Q: How can I pay for a course?

A: We accept most credit cards, including Isracard, Mastercard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept Diners or PayPal. But hey, if you have Google Pay or Apple Pay, you’re in luck! You can use those too if your device supports it. Payment made easy.

LOGIN & PASSWORDS:

Q: How do I create an account?

A: We will create an account for you when you buy the course and log you in automatically. The password will be auto-generated and sent to your email. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest.

Q: What should I do if I’ve lost my password?

A: No worries, it happens to the best of us! Just go to the login page and press “Lost My Password.” You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Q: Can I use social login even if I registered with my email?

A: Absolutely! You can use social login with Facebook or Google as long as it’s connected to the same email account. So go ahead, save yourself some time and log in with your social media!

LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

Q: Can I study courses on my mobile phone?

A: You sure can! But studies have shown that it’s more effective to fully engage with the material by sitting in front of a computer. (Except for the Hebrew Texting course – that one’s better on your phone to get the full experience of being a texting master!)

Q: What if I purchased a course but don’t have time to finish it?

A: No worries, you’re not alone! Life can get hectic sometimes. But hey, your course is yours forever (as long as we have it), so you can take your time and complete it at your own pace. No pressure, just learning made easy.

Q: Will I receive a certificate of completion?

A: Sorry to burst your bubble, but we don’t believe in boring certificates and scores here! Our focus is on making learning Hebrew fun and enjoyable. So, skip the pressure and just focus on learning and having fun.

Q: What should I do if I experience technical issues?

A: Uh oh, that’s no fun! If you’re experiencing any technical issues while using our platform, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance. We’re here to help you troubleshoot any pesky problems that may come up.

Q: What do I need to in order to use your platform?

A: All you need is a reliable internet connection, and you’re good to go! Our platform is accessible from both mobile and desktop devices, but we recommend using the desktop version for the best experience. (Just make sure to switch to your phone when taking the Hebrew Texting course!)
